Refund policy

Refunds

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Send us an email at blueravenministry@gmail.com with your proof of purchase. We will get back to you and guide you through the return process.

Once the order details are verified, we'll send you a return label. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

Items returned in acceptable condition will be processed for a refund. We'll send the refund to your original method of payment within 10 days of accepting your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund. 

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items purchased online. Exchange items should follow our normal return eligibility and are limited to the same style and color, but a different size of that item. Personalized and final sale items are excluded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have a damaged or defective item, email us at blueravenministry@gmail.com and we’ll take care of you.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, all personalized and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
